IT Application Support (ERP Project)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Job Scope & Responsibilities: • Provide incident solution on L2 level, root cause analysis or escalate to proper channel • Experience in XML /EDI interface programs • Be involved in implement and post support for POS, HRMS, CRM and ERP for SEA region • Facilitate communication between Thailand Project Team and SEA countries • Support Training department with IT system training manuals and technical support • Support ERP implementation & roll out IT governance and control points • Is willing to learn in detail ERP, POS, CRM, HRMS computing environment and architecture to further train and coach IT support and Key users.

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Qualifications: • Strong Knowledge of MySQL / MSSQL language . • Bachelor or Master degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, MIS or related filed • 2 years’ experience in ERP implementation e.g. SYSPRO, Microsoft , SAP ,Oracle • Some experience in Reporting UI , SRS Report ,Crystral Report – development and integration • Experience in F&B or Retail Industry is highly preferred • Strong Analytical & technically skills – to analyze and resolve escalated problems from users. • Able to work under pressure and in dynamic environment or irregular working hours. • Result oriented and ability to work independently and proactively • Ready to work over weekends and travel across region during project peak periods • Knowledge in SYSPRO ERP, SAP Business Objects, Crystal Reports, .NET, SQL will be an advantage • Fluent in English, both written and spoken (Directly deal with oversea users in SEA.)
