Assistant manager Training

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Responsibilities o Organize and facilitate training session (on-site & online) for experienced agents and new hires o Ensure new hires take on basic sales training courses, including communication and troubleshooting skills o Ensure experienced agents able to upskill / to reskill to strengthen customer service capabilities o Conduct role-playing activities to develop interpersonal skills (e.g. handling customers, negotiation, teamwork-orientated and conflict management) o Conduct role-playing activities to develop interpersonal skills (e.g. negotiation, teamwork and conflict management) o Develop digital and printed learning material (e.g. videos and manuals) o Identify individual and team skills gaps o Liaise with managers to align training plan and to encourage on-the-job coaching (e.g. how to handle difficult customer handling cases) o Initiate ideas to improve working process and team productivities including implement & execute action plans for those initiatives o Coordinate mentorship programs for new customer service representatives o Assess the impact of each educational course on staff performance and customer satisfaction o Maintaining updated records of training curricula and material Requirements and skills o Work experience as a Customer Service Trainer or similar role o Experience in sales or customer service positions is a plus o Experience in insurance industry is a plus o English Communication (TOEIC Score: 550) o Knowledge of Learning Management Software (LMS) o Familiarity with interactive learning activities o Excellent communication and presentation skills o BSc degree in Education, Human Resources or relevant fields o Additional certification in training is a plus
