Analyst Data (Operations)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Responsibilities: 1. Assist in developing and implementing operational strategies for customer service, quality control, and policy service. 2. Perform simplified audits and assessments of operational activities to ensure they comply with company standards and procedures. 3. Aid in analyzing customer feedback and inquiries to better improve customer service standards. 4. Support the Conservation team in developing sustainable use of resources within the operations. 5. Collaborate with the Policy Service team to help ensure the effective application of company policies. 6. Contribute to regular reports on operational performance analysis. 7. Ensure all operations adhere to company regulations and standards. 8. Aid in troubleshooting operational issues as they arise and propose solutions. 9. Participate in team meetings to provide updates and maintain open communication with other departments. 10. Utilize data analysis tools under supervision to gather relevant data and compile reports.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Requirements: 1. Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or relevant field. 2. Prior intern experience in a similar role would be advantageous. 3. Basic understanding of data analysis and performance/operation metrics. 4. Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. 5. Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. 6. Keen eye for detail with an ability to work well under pressure. 7. Demonstrated ability to work cooperatively in a team environment. 8. Interest in learning more about customer service, conservation, quality control, and policy service. 9. Ability to take initiative and work independently when required. 10. Eagerness to learn and upskill in data analysis software and tools. 11. Proficiency in English communication is advantageous.ntageous. -
