Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A )

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement
• Prepare management reports and presentations
• Collaborate with other departments to gather and validate financial information
• Assist in financial modeling and scenario analysis
• Support the month-end and year-end closing processes
• Maintain and update financial databases and systems

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with financial software (Oracle, TM1) is a plus
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic understanding of financial statements and accounting principles
• Preferred Experience:
• 0–2 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, or related fields (internships count)
• Experience in a corporate environment is an advantage
