หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Maintain the relationship with the developer and coordinate with daily affairs.
• Follow and update the sales price, project schedule and new project status of the assigned developer.
• Collect the marketing materials and given to the shareholders and the sales team.
• Arrange to get the real sales price and preferential policies of Thailand
• Negotiation of new project.
• Establish the market research work, fully grasp the market data, prices, competitive projects status,
• provide weekly and monthly reports to the management.
• Organize and keep project information and data confidential

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Female/Male age 25 - 35 years
• Bachelor’s degree in faculty related to real estate
• Experts at communication and coordination
• At least 2 years of experience in project Management
• Good command in English
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight schedules
• Innovative and good interpersonal skills
• Graduates from the MRE program at Thammasat University will be given special consideration.
