Sales Manager (Phuket)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• - Sales Ability to Achieve target - Leading and directing performance of the sales team - Able to do Marketing plan & Feasibility analysis - Present, promote and sell products or services to customers - Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships - Coordinate with customers - Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments -Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - At least 4-5 years of selling experience in real estate. - Global mindset, Thai Business culture and overview thinking - Ability to lead a sales team. - Good personality, Human relations and service minded - Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills - English/Thai/Chinese speaking - Able to work in Phuket - Know Thai culture very well. (Knowing about Phuket very well would be advantageous)
