• On-camera presenting & interviews: Host property walkthroughs, developer launches, and market updates directly to camera by yourself and with other team members. Conduct interviews with developers, agents, and industry figures for use across social platforms.

• Photography: Capture on-site photography at project launches, show units, and developer events across Thailand. Basic competency is all that's needed — we're looking for a good eye and consistency, not a professional photographer.
• Content calendar & strategy: Own and manage the monthly content calendar across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook. Plan content around developer project launches, campaigns, and promotions — balancing agency branding with individual project storytelling.
• Copywriting & brand voice: Write captions, campaign copy, and property descriptions that resonate with western buyers — credible, aspirational, and clear. Maintain consistency across all channels and content types.
• Performance & trends: Monitor performance metrics and stay current on platform trends, particularly those relevant to property, lifestyle, and investment content targeting western audiences. Use data to iterate and improve.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Confident on camera — comfortable presenting to lens, conducting interviews, and being one of the faces of branded content
• Fluent English — spoken and written; this is your primary working language and the language of all content
• Hands-on video creation experience — shooting, editing, and publishing short-form content independently for TikTok and/or Instagram Reels
• Basic photography skills — able to capture clean, usable images on-site
• Comfortable with domestic travel within Thailand — regular trips to Chiang Mai, Koh Samui, Phuket and Hua Hin for project site visits and launch events
• Graphic design skills (Canva or Adobe) — ability to produce basic visual assets independently is a meaningful advantage
• Applications without a content portfolio will not be reviewed.
