หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• 1. Follow the posted schedule and report at work station on time. 2. Follow set up and break down procedure that was set by the management. 3. Maintains good quality of clean chinaware and silverware by follow the correct washing and handling procedure. 4. Maintains a safe work environment by the constant attention to floor cleanliness. 5. Follow safety and energy conservation procedure. 6. Report any hazard condition to supervisor or manager. 7. Follow chemical usage and safety procedures including the wearing of protective gear. 8. Maintain clean and sanitized food preparation areas & equipments, to include the correct temperature of dish washing machines. 9. Responsible for proper cleaning & storage of all chinaware, glassware, silverware & service equipments. 10. Responsible for the cleanliness of floor wall, ceiling and exhaust hoods, to include the removal of trash to garbage rooms. 11. Responsible for the refill of hand soap and paper towel in food and beverage areas. 12. Responsible for the removal of all broken glass & chinaware, to be disposed in a safe manner. 13. Maintains a safe work environment by the constant attention to floor cleanliness & the safe operation of cleaning equipment and tools. 14. Follow all job safety regulations and reports all hazards are reported to steward supervisors. 15. Perform any reasonable request made of management which is not life threatening or against the law. 16. Management reserves the right to make changes to this job description at its sole discretion and without advance notice. 17. Perform other duties as required by supervisor.
