หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Job brief We are looking for a professional, high-energy bartender to provide an excellent guest drinking experience. Good bartenders will be able to create classic and innovative drinks exceeding customers’ needs and expectations. Compensation includes salary and tips. Responsibilities • Welcome customer, prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for them • Interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks • Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations • Select and mix ingredients to prepare cocktails and garnish glasses • Plan and present bar menu • Develop new cocktail recipes • Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age • Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies • Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience • Comply with all food and beverage safety and quality regulations • Maintain a clean work and dining area by removing trash and cleaning utensils and equipment.

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Requirements • High School Diploma • Meet state minimum age to serve alcohol • Excellent knowledge in mixing, garnishing and serving drinks • Ability to work on night shifts, weekends, and holidays • Basic math and computer literacy • Knowledge of English or Chinese is a plus • Positive attitude with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills • Strong task and time management ability • Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean • Relevant education or training certificates may be required • Physically able to stand and move during the length of shift; able to bend and kneel through shift; able to carry 25 or more pounds of supplies
