- Follow up and coordinate with parties concerned for schedule updating. - Create, update, and amend vessels in-charge and schedule in DCS and Bond system. - Monitor Vessel Schedule System support to the Network for get booking and routing accurately. - Support & coordinate with parties concerned on functioning of Vessel Schedule System for Network to get routing accurately. - Monitor and coordinate with users for troubleshooting on the problems. - Support and coordinate via IT service desk for RCL Vessel Schedule System to run smoothly. - Create SAP requisition, assist to get quotations, price negotiation with supplier to deliver bunker as per specific date.
