Analyze the issues reported by users and provide solutions Support production issues in daily basis and after business hour Communicate with key users to provide application support and explain resolutions Monitor progress of requests for support and ensure users and other interested parties are kept informed. Design, develop enhancements and functionality changes by studying information needs; conferring with users; studying system flow, data usage and work processes following the software development lifecycle to serve the business needs.
