1. Provide 2nd level support (including 24x7 rotational on call), solution administration, system maintenance, monitoring and operation to meet customer SLA/targets. 2. Implement service request and changes to fulfil user and customer needs. 3. Contribute in problem management for pro-active management of application services, evaluate and deployment. 4. Defining and setup effective systems faulty detection and monitoring for early pro-active failure detection for system stability. 5. Performance testing and deployment of application and services in effective way. 6. Contribute to global projects.

Qualifications : Min. Bachelor Degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Electronics Engineering with minimum 1 - 2 years working experiences. Experiences & Competencies : 1. Min 1-2 years’ experience in Semiconductor Manufacturing; OR Min 1-2 years’ experience in systems/IT support; OR Min 1-2 years’ experience in user requirements handlings. Experience in semiconductor or electronic manufacturing industry is preferred. 2. Experience in database system and development (e.g Oracle PL/SQL, SQL scripts, MS SQL). 3. Experience in software/application/solution development with .NET Framework. 4. ITIL practical experiences (incident management, problem management, event management, change and release management). 5. Good analytical & troubleshooting skills, able to drive root cause findings. 6. Good communication and interpersonal skills, and able to work independently and good team player in a global setup. 7. Proficient in English, both writing & speaking
