1. Drive end to end cycle & develop production reporting solutions to serve use cases within the manufacturing & supply chain areas aligning to the department & unit’s roadmap. 2. Providing consultation, technical analysis and evaluations, solution proposal and implementation. 3. Harmonize production reporting solutions in-conjunction with business use cases from global context. 4. Provide 3rd level support, contribute in problem management, drive root cause analysis, containment & permanent resolution of issue. 5. Contribute to global projects.

Qualifications : Min. Bachelor Degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Electronics Engineering with minimum 2 - 3 years working experiences Experiences & Competencies: 1. Min 2-3 years’ experience in Semiconductor Manufacturing; OR Min 2-3 years’ experience in systems/IT support; OR Min 1-2 years’ experience in user requirements handlings. 2. Hands on experience of database system and development (e.g Oracle PL/SQL, SQL scripts, MS SQL). 3. Experience in ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) concept & implementation, knowledge in any ETL Tool such as SAP Data Services (preferred). 4. Knowledge of ITIL concept (incident management, problem management, event management, change and release management). 5. Knowledge in visualization concept and experience in using any visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI etc. 6. Knowledge in Advanced SQL, query optimization and tuning, relational database model. 7. Good analytical & troubleshooting skills, able to drive root cause findings. 8. Good communication and interpersonal skills, and able to work independently and good team player. 9. Proficient in English, both writing & speaking
