หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• - provide maintenance, setup, Installation and solve problem of computer equipments and software and make them work properly - System Engineer provide telephone support - Protect Virus from computer - Also offers ability to check the status of the problem upon demand - All problems are logged and assigned to respective staff - Provide support for office to perform help desk

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - Male, age 24-35 Years old - Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Computer science or relate field - At least 1-3 Years experience in IT Support or Technical Support. - Knowledge skills in Windows 2003 server (Joint Domain, Add user, create e-mail) & software, Mail, LAN & Network and equipment. - Have to support MS Outlook or Lotus Note. - Good communication skill and service mind - Good command of English.
