PC Support Supervisor

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Manage and provide technical support and knowledge to support team member. • Follow incident management framework. Troubleshoot end-user problem such as Computer Hardware, Network, Printer, Windows operating system, and MS Office. • Receive and Response to customer IT related problem. Tracking the details of customer requests and problems as cases. Identify the types, categories, severity and urgency of the case and handle the high severity case. • Control and follow up cases under SLA. • Provide reports to management upon requests.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems or IT related fields. • At least 3 years’ experience in IT/Engineering Technical support or Customer Service field. • Experienced in management and working as supervisor, manager or team lead. • Experienced in ITIL or ITSM framework is a plus. • Experienced in international company or working with foreign people is a plus. • Knowledge of Computer Hardware, Network, Printer, Windows operating system, and MS Office with good troubleshooting skills. • Customer service mind and excellent communication skill. • Able to work under pressure and time constrain. • Good command of English communication (reading, writing and speaking).
