หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Responsibilities as a UNIX System Administrator include installation, patching, trouble shooting, backup, and preventive maintenance to make sure of the optimum level of the performance. • Responsible for the support of the Project related UNIX and also helps in the planning, design, research of system improvement. • On-site services to customer with or without or assigned by supervisor or higher • Manage schedule and interact with customer for the problems and request regarding the complex system issues • Develop and maintain the documents as required in regular work of Desktop Management department • Maintain current knowledge of hardware, software, network technology not only Fujitsu product but also 3rd party hardware and software product • Provide product technical training to end users upon requirement or assignment by project manager or higher • Skills transfer to successor as document of work history • Perform other duties of a similar nature or level • Working as outsource service at customer office upon agreement between Fujitsu and customer • Co-ordinate with pre-sale technical team to provide solution or service for new project opportunity • Managing and co-coordinating with vendor for preventive maintenance regularly
