หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• 1) Technical support : provide both technical and non-technical support to all issues escalated by Service Desk 2) Remote support : provide remote access to user's PC / Notebook in order to solve user's issue after received escalation from Service Desk 3) Onsite/Dispatch support : approach user to provide support whenever solution difficult or can't provide via telephone or remote access, this include setup, configure or any part replacement 4) Investigation : analyze cause of occurrence and consider by which solution should be applied to resolve user's issue 5) Troubleshooting / Problem solving : apply solution to resolve user's issue with define cause details 6) Escalation: escalate unsolved issue or inquiry to related 3rd level in order to request further support and solution 7) Follow Up : follow up with 3rd level support team and Service Desk for the specific information 8) Update : Issue progressive update details provide to Service Desk 9) Notification Announcement: prepare and provide notification announcement for both planned outage (periodic maintenance).

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ
