Desktop Engineer Silom Urgent!!!

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Receives incident or request from 1st line support (Service Desk) • Performs deskside support in workplace environment on a wide range of equipment including software, hardware and network • Provides hardware break-fix, troubleshooting and hardware component replacement • Provides diagnostic to user problem for HW/SW application, operation and dispatch call to appropriate service partner • Monitors and follows-up progress of problems or escalation • Ensure all service management databases are kept up to date • Ensures customer satisfaction throughout the service delivery transaction • Acts as a mentor to other technical staff • Work place : Silom, Bangkok • Work Hours : Monday – Friday 8:30 – 17:30

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • Male, age not over 32 / Bachelor degree in Telecommunication Engineering, Computer Science, and Computer Engineering, Information Systems or IT related fields • 1-5 years’ experience in IT/Engineering Technical support or Customer Service field. • Able to understand customer contracts, Service Level Agreement, and Scopes of work. • Basic knowledge of Computer Hardware, Windows operating system, and MS Office • Experience with Remote Applications and Tools such as VNC, PC anywhere, Windows Remote Desktop, VPN, Telnet, SSH will be benefit. • Good Troubleshooting skills. • Customer Service mind. • Excellent communication skill. • Able to work under pressure and time constrain.
