• Responsibilities: Key responsibilities 1. Delivering high quality eCommerce sites, cost effectively, using Venda platform and Technologies Ensure site is delivered to agree requirement (scope) Ensure high quality delivery Ensure on-time delivery Ensure on cost delivery Deliver excellent customer service to internal client 2. Managing numbers of concurrent projects and resources within the following key areas: 2.1 Project Initiations / Planning Identify stakeholder - Complete the Project Plan as per the documented TPM processes, including: - Project Schedule - Communications Management Plan, Risk Management Plan, Effort Management Plan, and Quality Management Plan - Resourcing - Plan and run Project Kickoffs - Identify risks and contingency plans - Perform change management and governance - Ensure requirements are clear, fully defined before commencing work - Makes full use of existing platform functionality, with an absolute minimal level of core development (including ‘core development’ hidden in integrations) 2.2 Running, monitoring and controlling the project Tracking and Managing that the project is delivering on cost, quality, scope, and schedule - Identify, log, prioritize and resolve issues and risks - Report the project status and progress to stakeholders in the agreed format - Manage the actions across the delivery teams. Manage the Team Leads to complete their deliverables on schedule, cost, etc - Complete integrated change control to manage the scope and budget of the project - Escalate issues, risk, or project status when necessary to appropriate points 2.3 Closing and deliver the project Run and manage the go-live process - Complete the departmental and project close out procedures as documented - Perform post-launch and project handover to support team 3. The TPM is responsible for the hands-on management and leadership of the project team - Manage, and lead the project team - Motivate, empower and inspire the project team 4. Continuous improvement of every aspect of the Operation - Improve and define new process, procedure and policy of communication, framework and delivery within the TPM team - Ensure resource-effective and cost-reduction implementation for TPMs - Continuous Improvement of their own skills and experience 5. Performing other duties as required to assist in managing and delivering a world class eCommerce sites

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• At least four years in managing several concurrent projects including small, large or complex type of project. At least 8 years working experience Educated to degree level or equivalent. Experience within an IT Service Management Industry (e.g. ISP, Web Agency) Knowledge of implementing Gantt Chart and Project Management Professional is critical. Knowledge of major industry verticals is preferred Experience in software development (programming, testing) is a plus. Possess an excellent communication skill with ability to effectively summarize and prioritize issues is critical. Proficient in English is critical. Possess very good negotiation skills. Very good leadership capability with proven records will be highly considered. Ability to multi-tasking will be highly considered.
