Network Engineer Silom

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• This position be responsible for operation support of Network,WAN,Internet Services - Focus on Managed WAN/Internet Services - Operation and Maintenance - Receive and Response to customer issue or problem which is escalated from Data Center NOC - Troubleshooting the problem related to Data Center Infrastructure and customer\'s networks - Escalation to higher level when requires - Receive and Response to customer issue or problem - Logging, follow up and tracking the details of Customer Requests and problems as cases - Identify the types, categories, severity and urgency of the case - Provide technical phone support to customer - Provide Remote support and/or remote maintenance to Data Center and customer - Provide reports to customer upon requests - Maintain and/or Update customer information in the customer database

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - Male/Female,age not over 32 - Bachelor degree in Telecommunication Engineering,Computer Science,Computer Engineering,or IT related fields. - 3-7 years'experience in direct IT/ Network/Engineer Technical Support - Able to understand customer contarcts, Service Level Agreement,and Scopes of work. - Basic Knowledge of * Computer/Server Hardware * Windows operating system * MS Office * Microsoft Exchange and Outlook * TCP/IP,Networking * Network Security and VPN * Anti-virus software - Experience with below products would benefit * Cico router and switch (CCNA,CCNP) - Good Troubleshooting skills. - Good command of English. - Excellent communication skill. - Experience with Remote Application and Tools such as VNC,PC anywhere,Windows Remote Desktop,VPN,Telnet,SSH will be benefit. - Customer Service mind. - Able to work under pressure and time constrain. - Fair typing skill for both English and thai (Estimate:20 words prt minute) Work Place: Silom Work Hours: Monday - Friday 08:30 - 17:30
