• • Problem analysis and troubleshooting computer • Understand basic concept of ITIL especially incident management process • Basic knowledge of Hardware and Software (SAP is an advantage) • Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office (including Visio, Project, OneNote) • Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Exchange • Windows Server and Active Directory • Printer troubleshooting • Network, wireless troubleshooting • IP Phone and PABX concept • Other software i.e. Adobe Acrobat, Photoshop etc • Other emerging technology i.e. Mobility, Wi-fi etc

• • At least bachelor degree in computer related field with 3-5 years experiences • Problem analysis and troubleshooting skill • Communication skill • Service mind • Good command in English both speaking and writing excellent • Ticket Management concept • Basic HTML • Team Leading Skill * Coaching skill * Report and analysis skill * Multi-tasking and prioritization skill * Result focus * Advanced Microsoft Excel skill
