• - To Support application - To help advise user regarding hardware and software problems - To ensure security of system is maintained - To provide improvements to existing system - Create account new user - Open ticket with foreign land - Working Monday –Friday Time: 08.30 am – 17.30 pm. Off sat –sun

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - Male, age not over 32 / Bachelor degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, and Information Systems or IT related fields - 2-5 years’ experience in IT Support, Technical support,Help desk, or Desktop Support - Able to understand customer contracts, Service Level Agreement, and Scopes of work. - Basic knowledge of Computer Hardware, Windows operating system, and MS Office,SAP - Experience with Remote Applications and Tools such as VNC, PC anywhere, Windows Remote Desktop, VPN, - Good Troubleshooting skills. - Customer Service mind - Excellent communication English skill. - Able to work under pressure and time constrain.
