หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• - Manage and monitor server and storage infrastructure - Install, configure, test and maintain operating systems, application software and system management tools - Proactively ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability by monitoring, troubleshooting problems and outages, scheduling upgrades, - collaborating with customer IT Infrastructure teams on systems optimization. - Participate in the establishment of server and storage environments in new or existing customer location following standards and procedures developed by customer IT Infrastructure Teams, - Backup system related responsibilities - Backup Server/Client configuration - Disaster recovery testing - Restore operations - option for the resource to work with other responsibilities

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - At least bachelor degree in computer related field with 3 years experiences - Strong experience in administration and troubleshooting of Windows Server 2003/2008/2012, Linux (Redhat, CentOS) , Virtual Server Environments (VMWare vSphere) - Strong experience in Backup technologies (Tivoli - Storage Manager, Commvault) - Experience in Storage technologies (SAN equipment, Tape libraries) - Experience working with system monitoring tools (previous experience in System Center Operations Manager is a plus) - Database administration (MS SQL, Oracle) - Basic networking knowledge - Good verbal and written communication skills - Good English skills - IT or Computer Engineering fresh graduated with excellent English is also welcome”
