หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• - Perform the daily network monitoring - Install, maintain and support LAN/WAN infrastructure including Routers, Switches, WiFi controllers, Wan Optimizers, and VoIP solutions - Monitor and optimize network performance for scalability, reliability and usability - Provide technical support to maintain and optimize day-to-day operational efficiency at multiple customer sites - Monitoring, Controlling, Analyzing, and Reporting of all networking issues on-site - Adhere to approved IT Guideline, Standards and Policies - Perform both on-site and remote intervention and periodical preventive on-site visits. - Problem diagnosis and fix network incidents. - Technical consulting for the customer and on-call support for network issues. - Standby support for after business hour - Perform monthly maintenance support on the responsible equipment and system

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - Bachelor degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunication or related - Good communication skills with good at both written and verbal English. - 3-5 years experiences in Network, LAN, WAN administration - Knowledge of telecommunication on TCP/IP, LAN, circuit switching or package switching, router, L2/L3 switch, and wireless - Service-minded, good attitude, and willing to work hard - Have basic CCNA knowledge will be an advantage
