หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• ● Configuration and troubleshooting of Windows server. ● Configuration and troubleshooting of network device based on Cisco in LAN and WAN environment. Especially Wireless unit. ● Configuration and troubleshooting of network device based on Cisco in LAN and WAN environment. Especially Voice unit. ● Support customer requests the were defined in team scope of work, following service level agreement. ● Responsible in own case, follow up status and keep tracking until the incident was closed. ● Control, escalate, and follow up customer cases in order to comply with customer\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'s Service Level Agreement. ● Participate and assist in driving the knowledge management process. ● Provide report to customer, supervisor and project manager upon requests.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• ● Male ,Not over 28 years old ● Bachelor\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or related fields Experience 1-2 year in IT field. ● Strong knowledge of Computer networking skills ; TCP/IP, Switching, Routing, Security Policy ● Experience in Implementation such as Web, Mail, Proxy, Radius, DNS either on Windows or Linux world be advantage ● Experience in supporting to troubleshoot and maintain computer and networking system would be an advantage ● Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) or Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) would be an advantage    ● Able to work under pressure and tension. ● Able to work and coordinate with multi-nation colleagues. ● Able to work in long working hours and work on holiday and weekend. ● Have driving license and good driving record would be an advantage ● Good team player, service oriented and ability to work in fast paced environment. ● Good command of English skill
