IT Application Consultant

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Implement, install and configuration the applications. Defining, analyse and mapping the needs of the client’s business. Change and Incident management Analyse/Review business process flow to map with applications’ functionalities. Prepare the customized specification, manual and user training. Prepare appropriate documentation to support software installations. Prepare reports requested by customers  on system performance or performance enhancement options. Backup support for senior/manager Application Consultant To assist and support any member of the GAS OPS and GAS FIN team with the qualification of a prospect. Design alternate options or walk-around solutions if there are applications or system limitation. Provide Helpdesk support.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• New graduate with strong knowledge of database and programming is also welcomed. Bachelor’s Degree in Management Information System (MIS), Computer Science/ Engineering or other related fields. Minimum of 2 year in ERP implementation, preferably some experience in implementation of BPCS/ERPLX system. Experience in implementation and configuration any software package Experience in supporting Financial, Distribution and Manufacturing will be advantageous. Knowledge in SQL, ERP, BPCS/ERP LX would be advantage. Good command of written and spoken English. Service-minded, Communication skill, Good team player, Planning and Troubleshooting skills.
