หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• 1. Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks and printers. 2. Able to troubleshoot, diagnosing and solving the basic computer, software and networks problem 3. Users' accounts management and deal with ServiceDesk 4. First-tier application support and good working relationship with customers and other professionals, such as software developers 5. Support the migration of Customer’s standard software 6. Daily monitoring check Data center 7. Collect and record all relevant asset data 8. Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests 9. Work closely with client, service support team and vendor to ensure the problems are escalated and fixed in time 10. Take ownership and follow up with customers to ensure issue has been resolved. 11. Log and follow up support case in the ticket system. 12. Provide support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports to IT Supervisor/Team Leader requirement

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• 1. Able to work independently and also a good team player with positive work attitude 2. Excellent customer service skills and ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users 3. Minimum 2 years working experience in IT support or Technical support is preferred 4. Have working experience in Factory/Automobile environment would be advantage 5. Have a valid driver's license would be advantage
