• Roles and Responsibilities 1. Network task a. Create and Maintain for Network Diagram. b. Monitor, Maintain, Network and Internet system. c. Create and maintain documentation of network configuration. d. Responsible for day-to-day operation issues. e. Analyze and propose improvement proposal based on the incidents by remote or at customer site f. Troubleshooting and support. g. Provide Network status report in weekly and Monthly. 2. Security task a. Managing virus monitoring and crisis management. b. Managing and monitoring windows patch update. c. Managing and control for Change management document. d. Monitor network and application performance to identify and irregular activity. e. Recommend and implement security tools and anti-malware software. f. Inform management of security vulnerabilities. g. Secure digital files and information systems, protecting them from unauthorized access or tampering. (DLP) h. Provide IT Security report in weekly and Monthly. i. Network access log monitoring and report in daily and monthly 3. Actively monitoring status of work to ensure SLA and KPI are met.

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Qualifications: 1. Candidates must have at least a Bachelor's Degree computer science 2. At least 5 years of experience with a concentration in IT security and compliance. 3. Strong Experience on supporting IT Equipment such as Firewall, Cisco Router, Cisco Switch, Wireless, etc. 4. Experience in security concepts related to DNS, Routing, Authentication, Communication, VPN, Firewall, Proxy Services, and DDOS mitigation or preventive technologies. 5. Familiar with firewalls and intrusion, detection and prevention protocol. 6. Experience in secure coding practice, ethic hacking, and threat modeling. 7. Knowledge of TCP/IP, computer networking, routing, and switching. 8. Good in time management and follow up task as soft skill 9. Fast response to customer 10. Knowledge 11. Must be a service mind, staff and customer orientated team player 12. Good verbal and written communication skills of English language 13. Leadership
