หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

Responsible for the design of automation system within machines. Creatively develop solutions together with project team in order to serve clients’ requirements and enhance machines’ capability. Ensure clear communication between clients, sales and project team to avoid any possible mistakes pr miscommunication. Seek alternative solutions or suppliers to lower the production cost down while maintaining the standard and quality of the machines.

-Design and adjust electric system or CAD drawing within each machine according to the clients’ requirements and conditions
-Monitor and control suppliers’ production plan and ensure that the project will complete according to the timeline
-Discuss with project team to understand clients’ requirements and design the machines’ functions that would serve the purposes
-Seek appropriate suppliers to execute the design developed by the project team
-Compare the price from different qualified suppliers, get the quotations and summarize total cost for sales team to calculate the price for clients
-Issue the purchase orders to proceed the production with suppliers
-Install machines at the clients’ site and ensure that the machine function properly according to the design
-Inform clients to prepare testing products for the commissioning run.
-Follow up on-going project progress within the team and provide necessary support to ensure the project completion
-Prepare customized machine manuals of any complicated machines for clients
1.11Modify the machine in case it does not work properly after completing the commissioning run
