หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Picking and sorting parts within the warehouse area.
• Performing packaging and sealing tasks.
• Overseeing the overall operation and inventory management of the warehouse.
• Supervising and managing the daily tasks of a team of 4 staff members.
• Coordinating with customers and the Japanese supervisor for operational alignment.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Thai nationality. Age between 30 and 45 years old.
• Physically capable of performing warehouse duties such as picking and packing.
• Conversational level of English is required.
• Japanese communication ability is highly preferred.
• Experience in forklift operation is required (Forklift license and extensive experience are not mandatory, but candidates must demonstrate a willingness to obtain a license after joining the company).
• A strong intention to commit to the company long-term is essential.
