• Design and implement optimal manufacturing processes for industrial functional parts, film, and tape.
• Analyze processes to identify bottlenecks and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
• Prepare technical reports and data analysis for management review.
• Research and specify tools, machinery, and equipment for new or revised methods.
• Conduct process evaluations (cycle time, scrap rate) using statistical methods.
• Create and maintain SOPs and work instructions.
• Troubleshoot process-related issues to minimize downtime.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Thai nationality, age 25 - 35 years old.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical, Manufacturing, or related).
• Proven experience as a Process Engineer or Production Technology Engineer in manufacturing.
• Experience with film, tape, or OA equipment parts is a significant advantage.
• Knowledge of process design, optimization, and Lean/Six Sigma methodologies.
• Good command of English for reporting and presentation.
• Proficiency in engineering software (CAD) is a plus.
