หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• Responsible for project management and client coordination after initial order receipt
• Sell solutions for the company's HR system
• Explain and propose solutions to various issues related to the organization and personnel for sustainable development
• Main customers are Japanese companies (mostly senior executives), and this position will be in charge of Thai Excective of the clients
• Collaborate with the Field Sales team to translate and present project proposals to Thai General Managers
• Lead and manage project execution as the primary point of contact once the project commences
• Develop logical project plans and maintain high-quality communication between stakeholders
• Support the transition of the Thailand office toward localized operations under the regional expansion strategy
• Other related tasks as assigned
