หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Lead and manage the Quality Control function at a trading company specializing in industrial parts.
• Manage quality control for plastic molded parts, press parts, and other components mainly used for printers, copiers, and related products.
• Handle supplier quality issues and drive quality improvement activities.
• Take initial action when quality issues occur, visit supplier sites, conduct root cause analysis, develop corrective actions, and prepare reports.
• Coordinate with suppliers and related parties in Thailand, China, Vietnam, and other locations.
• Establish and improve the company's internal quality management system.
• Develop and maintain quality manuals and related documentation.
• Maintain ISO standards and handle QMR and SQM-related activities.
• Handle internal ISO audits and related requirements.
• Manage quality control for some products manufactured in-house.
• Oversee the quality of both imported/exported products and products manufactured in Thailand.
• Conduct factory audits for potential suppliers.
• Provide technical and quality-related support to customers, including some Sales Engineer-related responsibilities.
• Prepare quality-related documents and handle other administrative and coordination tasks as required.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Thai nationality/ Any gender/ 30–40 years old.
• Bachelor Degree.
• Management experience in a QC / Quality Control department is required.
• Experience and basic knowledge of ISO audits.
• Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Japanese: daily～ intermediate level
• English: Conversational level with the ability to communicate by email
• A driver's license is preferred but not required.(company car provided)
