หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• - Handling a diverse range of civil and commercial litigation and arbitration cases, such as contract, labor, and real estate disputes.
• - Conducting legal research and drafting pleadings, motions, briefs, and other necessary court or arbitration documents.
• - Representing clients in court hearings, arbitration proceedings, and settlement negotiations.
• - Working with senior lawyers and partners to develop case strategies and provide legal advice.
• - Preparing for trials and arbitrations, including witness preparation and evidence analysis.
• - Participating in business development activities (networking/meetings) and staying updated on changes in laws and industry practices.
• - Managing case files to ensure documentation is accurate and organized.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - Primary past work experience must be from a law firm, not from in-house corporate roles.
• - A minimum of 3 years of experience in litigation and arbitration is required.
• - Extensive hands-on experience in civil and commercial litigation/arbitration; experience in criminal litigation is preferred.
• - Proficiency in English is required; candidates who can also use Chinese a plus.
