หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Having an in-depth knowledge of business products, Hydraulic system, Heavy Industry, Industrial equipment, maintenance governor/ turbine system.
• Lead, coach, and support team for technical problems and manage customer expectations.
• Formulate successful strategies to increase sales activities and ensure annual goals are attained.
• Study energy market trends, analyze competitor strategies, and conduct SWOT analysis for new business opportunities.
• Oversee and strengthen relationships with key account customers and suppliers.
• Responsible for after-sales services, supporting the sales team to analyze and solve technical problems on-site.
• Available and willing to travel both domestically and internationally for service operations and meetings.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Science, or related fields.
• Minimum 8 years of Sales experience in industrial equipment/machinery for Heavy Industry or Maintenance Governor/Turbine Systems.
• Direct experience in Control System Service within industrial environments is required (Experience from companies such as ABB, Siemens, or Emerson is strongly preferred).
• Good command of spoken and written English (Business Level).
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
