หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Project Administration -Manage purchase orders, sales orders, delivery schedules, and inventory. -Monitor project progress and identify potential issues. -Handle initial responses to operational issues and escalate them internally when necessary.
• Coordination with Overseas Offices (Japan & China) -Coordinate delivery schedules, quality matters, and pricing with overseas offices. -Consolidate information and share it with relevant internal departments.
• Supplier Support -Organize information about price negotiations to support the Manager.
• Customer Support -Prepare and submit quotations.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Nationality : Thai
• Sex: Male-Female
• Age:23-33 years old
• Experience in sales administration or sales coordination at a Japanese trading company or manufacturing company.
• This position is focused on existing customer account management (route sales); new business development is not required.
• Practical experience in delivery schedule management and order coordination.
• Chinese speaking (HSK 3-4)
• Ability to read and understand machining drawings.
• Driver's License: Applicants without a driver's license are welcome to apply, provided they obtain one after joining the company.
