หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Oversee all corporate financial and accounting functions, including financial accounting, managerial accounting, financial planning, cost accounting, auditing, taxation, and BOI compliance.
• Lead and direct statutory accounting, consolidated financial reporting, and cost calculation processes.
• Manage local corporate tax strategies, including corporate income tax and transfer pricing compliance.
• Supervise and mentor the finance and accounting team (comprising 1 Manager, 3 Staff, and 1 BOI Officer).
• Prepare financial reports and liaise directly with the President and Japanese executives.
• Other related tasks as assigned.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Practical experience across all aspects of Corporate finance, Managerial accounting, tax, and BOI regulations
• Hands-on experience within the automotive or automotive-related industry
• In-depth expertise in financial reporting, transfer pricing, consolidated accounting, and cost management (CPD certification is not required)
• Language: Good command of English or Japanese
