หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Responsibilities • Setting company sales budgets taking into account our growth expectations. • Creating and implementing a 5 year sales and marketing strategy for the group. • Develop strategy and implement plans to meet revenue targets • Manage field marketing team in product promotion and sale activities • Set marketing goals and objectives for sales and marketing team • Supporting and managing marketing plans and activities, ensuring marketing plans support sales to generate business revenue and increase market share. • Develop the business plan with an indication of time frames and budget requirements along with the sales forecasts • Recommend innovative and creative marketing approaches for revenue growth • Recommend marketing techniques and tactics based on changing business demands • Understand the market and industry technology requirements • Distribution channel analysis and development • Develop training programs for the sale team to enhance their productivity to sell products • Address customer concerns and issues in a professional and timely manner • Monitor field marketing programs regularly to evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness • Ensuring continuous improvement in relation to customer satisfaction as well as maintaining and developing relationships with key personnel of key customers within the region. • Preparation of annual budget; review and analysis of results and preparation of corrective action as needed.

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • Bachelor\\\\\\\'s Degree or Higher in Sales & Marketing with strongly marketing background • Minimum 7 year experiences including management level with a proven track record of managing people, operations and clients • Excellent Computer literacy in Microsoft Office • Excellent English, strong written and verbal communication • Able to work and travel to up-country
