หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• - Driven over all of CRM. Acquisition new member, Member privilege, Royalty program, Campaign and Communication. - Make more member benefit and take a long relation. - Use customer data to maximize the organization’s benefits. - Planning for marketing campaign to boost Dealer Sale Team. - Monitoring campaign and promotion to archived target and make more benefit. - Analysis sale and promotion that achieved or failed for apply to next promotion which make a best opportunity to company sale growth. - Analyze members that are expected to be target groups of campaigns. - Use member database to communicate marketing campaigns and increase sales. - Collaborate with another Department to develop appropriate tools, Report or Dashboard for manage data which make the best data analysis and get the most accurate information.

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - Male or Female. Age between 28 - 32 years old. - Strong CRM experience more than 3 years.
