Customer Success Associate

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Own overall relationship with assigned clients, which includes managing on-boarding, implementation, training, increasing adoption, ensuring retention, and high levels of customer satisfaction
• Establish a trusted and strategic advisor relationship to help drive the continued value of our products and services
• Maintain and develop customer success strategies and best practices, as well as customer support content, with the help of the creative team
• Maintain existing customer success metrics and data as directed
• Collaborate with the Talent Matching team to ensure that talent is efficiently and optimally placed to meet the Client's demand.
• Collaborate with the Sales-Coordinator team to ensure that the B2B invoice and payment process are done.
• Provide a feedback loop to help increase the efficiency and effectiveness of business
• Bachelor's degree in any field with an excellent academic background

• Bachelor's degree in any field with an excellent academic background
• Be an exceptionally fast learner, able to expand your knowledge in both horizontal and verticals
• Having experience in the IT industry is a plus
• Always strive to go beyond and challenge the status quo.
• Able to adapt to fast-paced changing business priorities and working environments.
• Fresh graduate is welcome to apply
