You will work with applicants across a variety of disciplines, including web developers, mobile developers, UX Designers, Data Analysts, and Project Managers.Meanwhile, A Recruiter, is another important role enhance Resume screener ability in sourcing candidate, design & improve recruitment & sourcing strategy to obtain the right and exemplary candidate for Talance and clients. as a Job Matcher, you will review candidate abilities and plan to develop a seamless profile between talent and platform. You will coordinate between sales departments to plan an interview appointment for a proper job matching process. Lastly,a Profile Builder, you will develop a talent's profile by pulling out the potential value to meet customer’s needs. Develop a strategy to develop the platform to help it meet expectations and quality.
