• Responsibilities - Develop, execute, monitor and optimize marketing strategies to establish Talance as a leader in Thai Tech workforce. - Collaborate with our Sales team to build and review customer pipeline, leading in the session to report the performance and provide new initiatives for each Sales funnel. - Plan and manage budgets spending on Paid media and campaigns such as Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Website banners, and other promotional events. - Study and analyze demands to gain insights, customer needs, trends, and competitor ventures in order to turn knowledge into marketing strategies or activities. - Manage available resources and budget to build pricing structure, promotion, and benefits. Requirement - Bachelor's degree in any field with at least a year of experience in B2B marketing of a tech company. - Experience in Digital marketing or Performance marketing is a plus. - Familiarity with Online ads platforms (Facebook, Google) or Web analytics tools is a plus. - Being knowledgeable on budget planning and optimization. - Strong data-driven analytical thinking skills and market research techniques. - Strong leadership skills or ability to lead the team to accomplish the goals.
