Admin and sales coordinator

• Responsibilities: - Coordinate with customers to support the sales department. - Coordinate with accounting and other departments within the company. - Manage weekly and monthly disbursements. - Manage invoicing, quotation, and other document-related tasks. - Support the team to ensure smooth operations. - Prepare monthly summary reports and other reports. - Other tasks as assigned. Requirement: - New graduates are welcome to apply - Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) - Punctual, honest, and ethical - Skilled in coordinating with both internal and external stakeholders - Possess a service-minded attitude - Flexible in working hours - Knowledge in accounting is a plus - Detail-oriented, patient, and able to work under pressure - Good interpersonal skills, empathetic to others' feelings - Decisive and capable of solving problems efficiently - Proactive and responsive - Willingness to learn and develop oneself constantly.
