Customer Support (กะกลางคืน เที่ยงคืน-8โมงเช้า WFH)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding payment gateway features and functionality via phone, email, or chat (timely and accurate).
• Troubleshoot technical issues and guide customers through using specific features.
• Monitor and address customer complaints on social media related to technical problems.
• Follow up with customers to ensure resolution of technical issues and a positive experience.
• Manage customer data and account history within the payment gateway system.
• Support customer requests for account changes or updates.
• Gather customer feedback on their experience with the payment gateway.
• Share customer feedback with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to improve the product and customer journey.
• Collaborate with the sales team by providing technical expertise and support during the sales process.

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Possesses good customer service skills and services mind.
• Able to communicate in English & Thai.
• Able to work in shifts.
• New graduates are welcome.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Must have knowledge and proficiency in using MS Office (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
