1. To manage and supervise QA/QC team with engineering approaches to achieve the company’s goal. 2. To participate with new product introduction team for new product, process, machine etc. 3. To lead and supervise for incoming material inspection, in-process quality control, QC final inspection teams. 4. To lead cross functional team to analyze root cause, escape point, corrective and preventive action both internal quality issue and customer complaint. 5. To manage and develop supplier/outsource quality performance. 6. To participate with customers in the part of quality matters. 7. To manage and develop calibration system. 8. To maintain and develop ISO9001:2015, ISO14001:2015, IATF16949:2016 and others 9. To enhance knowledge and skills for QA/QC team. 10. To participate with cross functional team to do continuous improvement activities. 11. Perform other managerial tasks assigned by superior

1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering or related fields 2. Minimum 3 years in managerial level and at least 5 years of experiences in QA/QC fields with Automotive industry 3. Good working attitude, analytical skills and proactive 4. Knowledge of ISO9001, ISO14001, IATF16949 and other relevant standards, requirements and regulations 5. Good command of English 6. Good computer skill 7. Highly flexible and able to work under pressure
