1. Manage and supervise new model team with engineering approaches to achieve the company’s goal. 2. To be a project leader to interface with customer and internal cross functional team for new product/process development. 3. Support sale team with quoting which decrease manufacturing cost, cycle time and increase quality and efficiency within budget and on time delivery. 4. Develop required documents to support new product/process development in accordance with customer requirements, IATF16949 or other relevant standard, requirements. (e.g. APQP, Control plan, FMEA, SPC, MSA and PPAP) 5. Support manufacturing for continuous improvement, quality issue, engineering change etc. 6. Maintain and develop ISO9001, ISO14001, IATF16949 and other relevant standard, requirement. 7. Perform other managerial tasks assigned by superior
