QS Engineer (โครงการนนทบุรี)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Prepare and verify quantity take-offs based on drawings and specifications (Electrical / Mechanical works)
• Develop and manage BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and cost estimation for projects
• Monitor and control project costs to ensure they remain within budget
• Prepare and review progress claims, payment certificates, and invoices
• Produce cost reports and analyze budget variances
• Coordinate with project teams, engineers, contractors, and suppliers
• Review and assess Variation Orders (VO) and change requests
• Conduct tender analysis and price comparisons from contractors and suppliers
• Support tender preparation, including documentation and cost breakdown

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in QS, cost control, or estimation
• Knowledge of Electrical systems or Mechanical systems (e.g., HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Protection)
• Strong ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
• Understanding of BOQ, costing, and construction processes
