หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Responsibilities: *Maintaining contact and communicate with employees to answer their concerns. Coordinating on all grievance processes. *Supporting and organizing employee activities *managing company’s working regulations including all subsidiaries *Planning and monitoring company’s asset for suitable and effective usage, *Drafting and reviewing all company’s agreements. *Dealing with government for requesting all company’s licenses for various aspects. *Maintaining good relations between employees and company. *Controlling administrative expenses for the most effectiveness and efficiency. *Responsible for all court cases in related to labour laws. *Coordinating in company’s policy issuance.

• Employment Relation Asst. Manager 1 Position - report to Thai Manager (Female age 48 yrs.)** - subordinate 13 persons - employee about 3,000 persons - no Labour Union!!
