Senior Interior Designer (CLM : Cambodia, Laos&Myanmar)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• 1. Oversee and execute a complete one-stop design solution : design concepts - development -construction documents- interior decoration/construction stage 2. Make sure design and documentations are of high standard andprofessional 3. Prepare documentation for tender and construction 4.Manage design and production team 5.Coordinate with other related KM internal teams,client , retailers,contractors and suppliers 6. Participate in CLM marketing and design functions

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Qualifications&Experience 1. Degree in Architectural or interior design 2.Excellent in design and detailing skills 3.Able to deal with hiigh-end and/or internattional clients and retailers 4. Member of design or creativity group will be a plus 5. Minimum 7 years experience in Interior design- preferably in a retail, showroom F&B and corporate office Skills& Knowledge 1. Fully understannd and able to provide a non-stop design solution for the clients 2.Must have excellent communication skills in both Thai and English 3. Able to lead junior designers and mentor them 4. Must be creative but at same time able to work under tight deadlines 5.Ability to operate AutoCAD or Revit and 3Dds max will be a plus Other Requirements 1.Able to travel abroad 2.Passion and up to date in arts,aestheic and creativity 3. Own car and laptop
