หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• 1.Strategic planning for all project and marketing 2.Overall project management and budget 3.Participate in all CLMmarketing and design tasks 4.Monitoring, analysis control and consultation with internal team under supervision 5. Report and update progress on regular basis to Director, to make sure the target and goals are met

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Qualification & Experience 1. BA or MA degrees in Architecture or Interior design or related studies 2. An oversea experience studies or experience will of advantage 3.Qualification in Construction or building studies will also be considered 4.Minimum 5-8 years working experience in interior decorating and/or exhibition projects 5.Must have stong experience in working with high-end department stores, retailers or manufacturers Skills & Knowledge 1. Highly effective project management skill 2. Able to priortize works but multi-tasking 3. Must be able to work independently and lead team 4.Able to market the company profile and work professionally 5. Must be process-driven and good at following up works 6. Must be extremely service-minded Other Requirement 1. AutoCAD skill be an advantage but not a must
